• Safely escort passengers in wheelchairs to and from terminals and gates
• Provide accurate directions, travel information, and friendly assistance to travelers and guests
• Maintain high standards of customer service at all times
• Coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents, document completed trips, and report incidents
