DescriptionSummary F.H. Cann & Associates is hiring exceptional Part time Temp Customer Service Representatives for an exciting opportunity. This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position will be in support of a state-wide program. You will be provided training and although this is a temporary role, successful CSR's might be offered full time employment opportunities. Essential Functions
- Receiving in-bound calls and providing answers to questions with pre-scripted responses
- Occasional out-bound calls for verification purposes
- Data entry of sensitive information

- Availability to work Monday - Wednesday 8:00am Est-4:00pm EST or until the call queue is clear.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with MS Office
- Degree or Veterans preferred but not required

Working from Home Requirements:
- This role might support occasional remote work in some circumstances (Must reside in TX, TN, MA, NH, SC)
- Reliable high-speed internet (hard wired ethernet connection required) with minimum of 25 MBPS for Upload and Download speeds.

Physical/Mental Demands
