Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant (Temp) Location: Long Beach, CA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (4 hours/day) Pay Rate: $45-$50/hr Needed ASAP! Position Summary: We are working with a client in the transportation industry who is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the President/CEO during a short-term temporary leave. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate will have a college degree, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including work and personal appointments
- Handle email correspondence and act as a gatekeeper for communications
- Pay personal bills and track payments
- Organize travel arrangements and transportation
- Assist with ongoing projects and provide follow-up as requested
- Conduct domestic errands as needed (limited driving; must have a valid driver's license)
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefs
- Draft correspondence and maintain organized records
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
- Support any ad hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 plus years of EA experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Ability to start ASAP and work a part-time schedule
