JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The Office of Physical Plant is hiring steam services workers for summer employment from May 19, 2025, through August 15, 2025. This position requires 40 hours of work per week.

Steam Services Worker Duties:
  • Assist with general maintenance of steam tunnels and manholes
  • Assist with preventative maintenance of valves, expansion joints, and steam traps
  • Assist with general pipe fitting
  • Assist with confined space entry
