About the Role:
As a Part-Time Stockroom Operations Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will include processing freight, managing replenishment, and supporting omni-channel operations.
What You'll Do:
- Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and executing stockroom operations.
- Replenish the sales floor based on inventory levels and seasonal changes.
- Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
- Maintain product protection standards to ensure safety and inventory integrity.
- Participate in training new hires on Kohl's standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures under the guidance of store leadership.
- Actively contribute to a culture of integrity and teamwork.
- Use good judgment to make informed decisions and seek support when necessary.
- Deliver a positive customer experience by anticipating needs and addressing issues effectively.
- Support point of sale and customer service departments to ensure quick and efficient service.
- Meet or exceed individual and team productivity goals.
- Manage multiple tasks while adhering to established timeframes.
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for associates and customers.
- Respond proactively to directions from supervisors and other personnel.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
What Skills You Have:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- No prior retail experience is required.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
