About the Role:

As a Part-Time Stockroom Operations Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring efficient store operations. Your responsibilities will include processing freight, managing replenishment, and supporting omni-channel operations.

What You'll Do:

• Receive and process product shipments, including unloading trucks and executing stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on inventory levels and seasonal changes.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Maintain product protection standards to ensure safety and inventory integrity.
• Participate in training new hires on Kohl's standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures under the guidance of store leadership.
• Actively contribute to a culture of integrity and teamwork.
• Use good judgment to make informed decisions and seek support when necessary.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by anticipating needs and addressing issues effectively.
• Support point of sale and customer service departments to ensure quick and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual and team productivity goals.
• Manage multiple tasks while adhering to established timeframes.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for associates and customers.
• Respond proactively to directions from supervisors and other personnel.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

What Skills You Have:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• No prior retail experience is required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
