About the Role Join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate, where you will provide outstanding customer service at the point of sale and throughout the customer journey. Your focus will be on delivering efficient transactions while ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with products and services.
• Operate a cash register, accurately scan items, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods.
• Deliver prompt and friendly service, consistently meeting company standards for customer interactions.
• Achieve individual performance goals, including credit applications and loyalty program sign-ups.
• Support inventory accuracy by completing all point of sale and merchandise disposition tasks correctly.
• Help train new team members on service protocols, including best practices for point of sale procedures.
• Contribute to daily operations including register balancing and supply replenishment.

What Skills You Have

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
• No previous retail experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
• You must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Pay Range: $16.75 - $24.20
