Job Responsibilities:

Complete and write estimates for local commercial businesses.

Acquire new commercial clients by subcontracting with cleaning companies, maintenance firms, and property management firms.

Grow the commercial customer base through referrals from existing clients.

Generate new commercial opportunities by leveraging personal contacts and community networking groups.

Follow up on written estimates provided on-site with phone calls to secure new business.

Maintain ongoing engagement with key contacts through follow-up calls to nurture relationships and secure repeat business.

Set and pursue weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to ensure steady growth.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays 8:30-4pm

Job Requirements: • Friendly, outgoing personality • Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made. • Excellent communication skills in person and on the telephone. • Ability to calculate and prepare job estimates on site. • Goal-oriented and results-driven. • Demonstrated self-confidence and trustworthiness • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
