About the Role As a Part-Time Retail Sales Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service during point of sale transactions and customer interactions. Your primary goal will be to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist them in finding products and services.
• Efficiently operate the cash register, scan items, bag purchases, and process various payment methods.
• Adhere to company guidelines for point of sale and customer service, ensuring courteous, fast, and friendly service.
• Meet or exceed personal performance goals, such as credit sign-ups and loyalty program enrollments.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy through precise execution of merchandise handling and point of sale practices.
• Support the onboarding process of new team members by sharing best practices and training in point of sale procedures.
• Engage in daily operational tasks like cash balancing, handling change orders, and replenishing supplies.
