What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them in finding the right products and services.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and effectively manage various payment methods.
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals, including credit and loyalty program sign-ups.
- Support our inventory management by following point-of-sale procedures and merchandise handling practices.
- Help train new team members on best practices in customer service and point-of-sale systems while upholding our brand standards.
- Engage in daily operational processes such as cash balancing and inventory replenishment.
