About the Role

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers, helping them find the right products and services. You'll operate the cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle various payment methods with care.
• Ensure efficient and accurate service, upholding company standards to create a pleasant shopping atmosphere for our customers.
• Set and achieve individual sales goals, including promoting credit and loyalty programs.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory through diligent point of sale practices and merchandise management.
• Play a role in training new team members, sharing best practices for service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
• Participate in daily operations, including register balancing and supply replenishment to support a smooth workflow.
