A multinational IT services and consulting company is in need of an IT Contracts Attorney for a part-time, temporary role. This role is fully REMOTE, part time 20 hours/week. You can choose 4 straight hours that you will work Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am - 7 pm EASTERN time (eg 9-1, 11-3, etc). You'll be covering for someone on leave, so the role is expected to be 1-3 months in duration. In this role you will be providing transactional support, specifically around contracts. Position requires: (i) an active license to practice law; (ii) multiple years of experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM), IT related contracts (SaaS, managed cloud, advisory services, etc), and master services agreements (MSA).
