Part Time Receptionist - Laconia Harley-Davidson - American Road Group : Job Details

Act with professionalism and determine the needs of customers and vendors, directing them to the proper person and/or office. Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner and provide them with accurate directions to their destination. Treat all visitors, clients, and staff with courtesy, sensitivity and respect. Answer telephone calls and take messages as needed and respond to routine inquiries using customer-oriented etiquette. Receive all incoming mail from postal system, courier services and other deliveries and process all outgoing U.S. mail. Send and receive faxes, distribute mail to proper mailboxes. Support other departments as needed. All other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent computer skills including MS Office, internet, and email use. Excellent communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
