Part-Time Program Manager - Right At School : Job Details

About the Role: As a Part-Time Program Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, enjoyable, and enriching experiences for our students. This position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering a love of learning among children.

Toll reimbursement offered!

Compensation: $23-25/hr based on education and experience.

Schedule:

Before School: 5:45-9:05am Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri, 5:45am-10am Wed

After School: 3-6pm Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities:

• Safety & Joy: Lead your team by exemplifying safety and joy in all aspects of the program. Ensure all safety protocols are understood and followed, and maintain operational efficiency by keeping site documents up to date.
• Safety Assurance: Actively monitor and improve safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all participants.
• Effective Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, team members, and students through open and timely communication.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records for student attendance and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Daily Routine: Implement engaging daily activities and curriculum while ensuring a safe environment.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience in managing competing priorities and delivering quality service.
• Minimum of 12 college credits from 100+ level courses.
• Experience with children, including knowledge of unique and special needs.
• Background in child development or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with students, parents, and staff.
• Familiarity with Google software or a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Meet state-specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR certification (in-person).
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Proof of MMR vaccination.
• Food Handlers Card.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Background check with fingerprinting.
