Part-Time Program Coordinator - Right At School : Job Details

Join Right At School in providing exceptional before and after school programs focused on enriching learning experiences dedicated to student success! We are committed to inspiring a love of learning, supporting schools, and providing peace of mind for families.

Location: Addison, IL

Pay Rate: $21-25/hour (based on education and experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM - 8:30 AM and 2:45 PM - 6 PM. We seek candidates available for all five days during these hours.

Start Date: Prepare to start in mid-July with self-led online training, followed by in-person training at the beginning of August. The full schedule will align with the school year and the district's calendar.

Your Role Includes:

• Safety & Joy: Model safety and joy by guiding staff on responsibilities and ensuring adherence to operational standards and licensing requirements. Foster team cohesion and productivity through continuous coaching and respectful relationships.
• Safety Assurance: Uphold safety standards, actively supporting participant well-being.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience managing competing priorities while delivering quality services.
• Completed High School diploma or GED.
• Experience with children and understanding of unique needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with both adults and children.
• Professional standards when engaging with students, parents, and staff.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn Google technology software.

IL Requirements:

• Meet state-specific requirements.
• In-person First Aid and CPR certification.
• Clear tuberculosis test.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
