Program Coordinator

At Right At School, we are dedicated to providing enriching before and after school programs that inspire a love of learning in every child. Our mission is to support schools and offer families peace of mind while creating safe, engaging experiences for children. As we grow, we strive to make our exceptional programs accessible to as many students, families, and schools as possible.

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (dependent on education and experience).

Program Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:45 AM - 9:00 AM and 3:10 PM - 6:00 PM.

Your Role: Drive Our Mission!

• Promote Safety and Joy: Exhibit role model qualities while ensuring that safety and joy standards are upheld. Support team members by maintaining clarity in their roles, and keeping all site documents and licensing standards up to date.
• Safety Assurance: Vigilantly uphold and report safety protocols to prioritize the well-being of all participants.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

• Experience juggling competing priorities while delivering quality service.
• A completed high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children and an understanding of unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development or related fields.
• Strong communication skills with both adults and children.
• A professional approach when interacting with students, parents, and staff.
• Familiarity with Google software or a willingness to learn.

Pennsylvania State Requirements:

• Must meet state-specific requirements.
• First Aid and CPR certification (in-person required).
• Cleared tuberculosis test.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education, or related human services field, along with the required experience.
