Program Coordinator Pay Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 (based on education and experience)

Program Hours: Monday- Friday 6:30 am-8:05 am and 2:20 pm-6:30 pm (starting August for the 2025/2026 school year)

Your Role Will Include:

• Ensuring Safety & Joy: Serve as a role model by guiding staff in maintaining safety and joyful environments. This includes thorough documentation, adherence to licensing standards, and addressing any team challenges promptly.
• Safety Assurance: Consistently monitor and report safety measures to uphold participant well-being, including verification of immunizations.
• Effective Communication: Engage positively with families, children, and team members to maintain transparency and build trust, ensuring smooth communication with the Area Manager.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate check-in/check-out records and follow attendance protocols according to company policies.
• Daily Activity Implementation: Facilitate fun, active, and enriching programs for children in a safe space.

Qualifications We Look For:

• Experience delivering quality service in fast-paced environments.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children, including those with special needs.
• Training or coursework in child development or related fields.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with students, parents, and staff.
• Familiarity with Google software; willingness to learn new technologies.

New York State Requirements:

• Must meet state guidelines.
• First Aid and CPR certification (in-person).
• Clear tuberculosis test.
• Associate's degree in relevant fields or appropriate State credentials with supervisory experience is preferred.
