Program Coordinator
Join Right At School, where we provide local school districts with before and after school extended day programs that emphasize disguised learning and daily enrichment designed for the success of every student! Program Coordinator Pay Rate: $19.00 - $23.00 (based on education and experience)
Program Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:15 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Creating a Safe and Joyful Environment: Exemplify role model qualities by ensuring safety and joy standards for staff and children. Maintain operational efficiency by keeping site documentation and licensing current. Implement attendance protocols and behavior policies, consistently coaching staff to foster respect and productivity.
- Prioritizing Safety: Support and report on safety protocols to ensure the well-being of participants.
Requirements include:
- Age 18 or older.
- Proof of High School Diploma/GED required.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience managing competing priorities while delivering excellent service.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working with children, including those with unique and special needs.
- Coursework or training in Child Development or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with both adults and children.
- Professional demeanor in interactions with students, parents, staff, and community.
- Familiarity with Google software or a willingness to learn.
State Requirements:
- Must meet state-specific requirements.
- First Aid and CPR certification (in-person).
- Cleared tuberculosis test.
- High school diploma or GED plus an Associate's degree or higher in Child Development/Early Childhood Education (from an accredited institution) or relevant qualifications.
