Position Highlights:
- Compensation ranges from $25.74 to $31.53 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for highly experienced candidates to earn more.

- This role requires occasional travel to our Woodburn and Salem sites, with mileage reimbursement available. A flexible schedule, including evening hours, may be necessary.
What You'll Do:
- Coach, mentor, and train staff while conducting performance evaluations and addressing any performance issues.
- Support staff growth and development by assessing educational and experience needs and encouraging job-related training.
- Assist in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new staff, outlining expectations and procedures.
- Help develop and implement program policies and procedures in compliance with regulations under supervision.
- Oversee program compliance, providing analysis and feedback on grant requirements and objectives.
- Serve as a resource for guidelines defined by funding sources.
- Manage the program budget ensuring all expenditures are appropriate.
- Monitor, review, and report on program impact and progress.
- Present seminars and workshops for parents and community partners.
- Collaborate with local partners to enhance services for clients.
- Participate in efforts at all levels to improve service delivery and program effectiveness.
- Establish quality improvement goals and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in related fields such as Healthcare Administration or Business Administration; two years in an office or program-related role may substitute for education.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or similar disciplines is preferred.
- Experience in office environments, non-profit organizations, or social services is preferred.
- Post-employment program-specific certification may be required.
- Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance are required.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required, with strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Event planning, strong organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills are essential.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is needed.
