Join Our Team as a Program Coordinator at Right At School!

Are you passionate about creating positive learning experiences for children? Right At School is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Program Coordinator to lead our enriching Childcare Programs.

Pay Range: $22.50-$24.50 per hour (based on your education and experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday Split Shift, availability required for both shifts each day:

  • Before School: 6:30 am - 9:10 am (Wednesday 10:00 am)
  • After School: 2:40 pm - 6:00 pm

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering quality enrichment programs incorporating our unique Disguised Learning curriculum.
  • Leading, developing, and coaching a passionate team to provide a safe and engaging environment.
  • Collaborating with school principals and staff to enhance learning experiences.
  • Representing Right At School at local community events like Back to School and Field Day.
  • Ensuring safety standards are met through effective supervision and management of program documentation.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has prior supervision experience.
  • Is skilled in working with children, including those with unique needs.
  • Possesses knowledge in child development or related fields.
  • Communicates effectively with both adults and children.
  • Models professionalism in interactions with students, parents, and staff.
  • Is familiar with Google software or is willing to learn.
  • Can lift up to 25 lbs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Strong classroom management expertise, using positive discipline techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • A genuine passion for inspiring a love of learning in children.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13.
  • A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proof of High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of 12 college credits at the 100 level or above.
  • Must meet state-specific requirements including FA/CPR training, Mandated Reporter training, Cleared TB test, Proof of MMR vaccination, and Food Handlers Card.
