Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM, occasional Saturdays 9:00AM - 1:00PM (subject to change based on location)

Schedule: This position is based on an as-needed basis and involves covering PTO, including shifts at other pharmacies.

We are looking for a motivated Pharmacy Support Clerk to join our team in a company-owned retail contract pharmacy. The successful candidate will perform clerical functions to support pharmacy business operations, helping healthcare providers and patients by providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and maintain attention to detail while implementing and enhancing the services of a new community healthcare center pharmacy.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and take initiative in all tasks.
• Be self-motivated and adaptable to changes in the work environment.
• Provide a welcoming greeting to healthcare providers and patients in person and over the phone.
• Respond to queries and manage requests according to established policies.
• Direct inquiries to the pharmacist when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in sales, register, or healthcare is advantageous.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Compensation: The anticipated hourly rate is $21.00.
