Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Overnight Stock Associate, you will be responsible for stocking, rotating, and storing merchandise effectively in the club. Your role is crucial to ensuring that all merchandise is clearly labeled and adequately stocked while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Club Standards:

• Work diligently to deliver GOLD club standards on a daily basis, ensuring everything is stocked and promotional plans are executed.
• Maintain clear and accurate signage for all products.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities Include:

• Stocking, rotating, and storing merchandise appropriately.
• Ensuring all products are well-displayed and clearly labeled.
• Handling damaged goods and spoiled products as per company policies.
• Keeping the club neat and organized through regular housekeeping duties, including trash removal.
• Understanding and adhering to all club policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned, including assisting in other departments as needed.
• Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this role.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in grocery or stocking is preferred.
• Experience in big box or wholesale retail environments is advantageous.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Work Environment:

• Most of the time involves continuous movement on hard surfaces, which may require bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Frequently lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds, with the potential for lifting heavier or awkward objects with assistance.
• Work is primarily indoors in a comfortable setting, though there may be exposure to loud equipment or temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and coolers.
• Occasional exposure to cleaning agents may occur.

In alignment with the Pay Transparency Act, please note that the compensation range for this position is $16.75-$20.52, based on factors like location, education, experience, and qualifications.
