Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic law firm in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. This role is perfect for individuals who have the flexibility to work varied hours, ideally someone who can work independently and is comfortable with the responsibilities of administrative tasks. The position is temporary with the potential to be long-term based on workload and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Requesting and following up on medical records.
  • Sending experience letters.
  • Filing and organizing documents.
  • Utilizing MS Office for various administrative tasks.
  • Working independently without reception duties.
Qualifications
  • At least an Associate's degree or equivalent certifications and experience.
  • Experience in an office environment and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Required Work Hours

The work schedule is flexible, with possibilities such as 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, or 3 hours daily, to be discussed with the right candidate. The position is strictly in-office, not hybrid or remote.

Additional Details

Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour, with the possibility of going up for the right candidate.
