Your Impact

• Conduct initial in-home assessments and create personalized care plans
• Perform caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits

What You Bring

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• 1+ years of nursing experience (6+ months in a supervisory role preferred), experience in geriatric nursing is a plus

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and a clean background
