Full-time Nanny Needed in the UES! Position: Part-Time Nanny Location: Upper East Side, New York City Schedule: 25 guaranteed hours per week
- Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday: Either an afternoon schedule or a date-night shift, schedule will be provided in advance
Compensation & Benefits:
- $35-$40/hour (commensurate with experience)
- Guaranteed 25 hours per week

Family Overview: A kind and welcoming family is seeking a reliable, energetic nanny to care for two children (ages 8 and 5) in their Upper East Side home. Both children are in school full-time. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, energy, and structure, while helping the children thrive through fun activities, outdoor play, and emotional support. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care for two school-aged children
- Plan and lead engaging activities (playground visits, crafts, sports, games)
- Assist with homework and maintain structured routines
- Prepare and serve healthy meals for the children
- Manage children's laundry and keep their belongings organized
- Run child-related errands as needed
- Support evening routines and dinner prep
- Occasional flexibility for family needs
Qualifications:
- Prior nanny experience with school-aged children
- Energetic, positive, and creative personality
- Enjoys active play and sports (basketball, trampoline, tennis, swimming)
- Artistic and crafty-able to plan fun and stimulating activities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with parents and household staff
- Valid driver's license and ability to swim strongly preferred
- Passport readiness and willingness to travel occasionally a plus
