Part-Time M365 Project Suite Administrator
Location: Remote (East Coast Preferred)

We're seeking a M365 Project Suite Administrator to support a strategic deployment of Microsoft Project within the broader Microsoft 365 Planner Suite (including Planner and To Do). This is a part-time opportunity with flexible hours and potential for remote work. The role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 tools and a passion for scalable, secure project management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead deployment and integration of Microsoft Project across the enterprise
Develop and maintain a roadmap aligned with organizational goals
Configure Microsoft Project environments and establish usage policies
Integrate Microsoft Project with Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
Support governance, performance evaluation, and optimization
Define enterprise-wide standards for Planner Suite usage
Ensure role-based access control and operational security
Guide cross-functional teams in workflow design and implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Technical, Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of technical experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and administration
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Project Manager Associate
Modern Desktop Administrator
Teams Administrator Associate
