Part-Time IT Support & Systems Administrator (on-site)
About the Company:

- They are in the retail and customer service space - any IT industry experience is welcome
Overview of the Role:
- Take ownership of the company's IT environment (network, systems, security) within a Microsoft/Windows setting
- Provide reliable, professional end-user support (new setups, troubleshooting, Teams support)
- Manage a critical transition from the current provider, ensuring business continuity
- Proactively identify and recommend system/process improvements
- Seeking a dedicated partner for a part-time commitment (potential for long-term contract or permanent part-time)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of comprehensive IT support & systems administration experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows environments, M365/Teams, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Firewalls)
- Experience with data security best practices and compliance
- Based in NYC metro area and able to work onsite ~2 days/week
- Exceptional professionalism, reliability, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage IT transitions effectively
