This role is for the Las Vegas, NV market - must live near airport

86 Repairs is transforming a huge, overlooked problem in restaurants: getting things fixed. Our R&M management platform provides on-demand repair management and preventative maintenance with 24/7 support to help restaurants access data-driven insights and control facilities while reducing R&M costs and time spent on equipment repairs.

Responsibilities
  • This is a part-time role
  • Travel is a major component of this job
  • Coordinate with Onboarding Team to book travel and schedule visits to new customers
  • Map out comprehensive itineraries based on restaurant size and locations
  • Complete thorough inventory intake including inspecting, photographing, and documenting each piece of equipment
  • Prepare inventory handoff with organized images and summaries of customer requests or observations
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador with professional and high-quality service
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with new customers
  • Travel by plane and car are required for this role
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Must be 25+ years old
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Strong problem resolution skills with a passion for helping customers
  • Ability to spot things others may miss
  • Experience in customer service or sales within a B2B organization, preferred
  • Experience working in a restaurant or as a service provider

The frequency of work will be irregular, making this a flexible gig-type position that can fit with other roles. This role could be suitable for someone who serves or bartends on nights/weekends.

  • Physical demands: up to 10 hours on your feet, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and accessing building rooftops
  • Location: must live near an airport in Las Vegas
  • Field position with travel to regional states; weekday travel may be required depending on assignments
  • Ideal candidate: part-time front-of-house or back-of-house restaurant employee, weekend worker, or similar background
  • Tools provided: computer, monitor, and equipment needed
  • Startup or tech experience is a plus
  • Competitive base salary aligned with market norms
  • Base pay: $21.50/hr core work time; $18.00/hr travel pay
