What You'll Do:

• Perform in-home RN assessments and create care plans

• Conduct caregiver skill evaluations and supervisory visits

• Ensure care documentation is accurate and compliant

• Collaborate with office staff to support client health goals

What You Bring:

• Active RN license in New Jersey

• 1+ years of nursing experience (geriatric experience a plus)

• 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred

• Reliable vehicle, driver's license, and clean background

• Passion for senior care and the ability to work independently
