As a Guest Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing their check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a seamless stay throughout their time at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests, accurately complete the registration process, and assist with room assignments and details.
- Support guests during check-out, ensuring all services and charges are accurate, and facilitate processing of various payment methods.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of hotel amenities, services, room types, and local attractions and respond effectively to guest inquiries.
- Utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel offerings and enhance occupancy rates.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly in a friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage and relay messages and information for guests in a courteous and efficient way.
