Job Location : Price,UT, USA
The successful applicant will help keep campus grounds in neat and orderly condition by performing assigned duties. Responsibilities include operating large power lawn mowers, edger, hand tools, and vehicles associated with grounds maintenance and landscaping activities. Additionally, the role involves operating and maintaining water sprinkler systems and time clocks, maintaining landscape and flower areas, removing debris from stairs and sidewalks, raking leaves, and keeping parking lots clean of garbage. General maintenance on equipment is required, and the position will work with the Facilities Maintenance Crew on preventative maintenance and work orders. Occasionally, on-call duties for snow plow removal and maintenance responsibilities may be required. Other duties will be assigned by the supervisor.

Advertised Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 an hour commensurate on experience.
ADA: This position requires considerable physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and/or pushing and pulling of heavy objects. Employees must be prepared to assume uncomfortable positions such as crawling, kneeling, and squatting. Work is performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extended exposure to extreme cold and heat.
