The Oak Brook Park District has an opportunity for YOU! We're seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to assist with the daily operations of our Family Recreation Center. In this role, you will provide excellent service to guests, handle inquiries, and support various functions within the center. This position offers up to 19 hours per week, with weekend availability preferred. The Front Desk Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Facility Manager at the Family Recreation Center. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND TRAINING:
- Valid Illinois driver's license (Class D)
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification required or training provided by the Park District
- Proficient computer skills required, including familiarity with basic office software and the ability to learn internal systems quickly.
