Part Time Faculty in Graphic Design - Roosevelt University : Job Details

The Humanities Department seeks to hire adjunct faculty for the BA in Graphic Design program. Multiple positions are possible, teaching in-person and/or online classes at 3 locations; our Chicago campus, our University Center at Harper College in Palatine, and our Mc. Henry County College University Center in Crystal Lake. In addition to teaching experience, applicants should possess strong graphic design skills, including the principles and elements of graphic design, color theory, typography, page layout, digital imaging and illustration, photography/video, and be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software including Photoshop, Illustrator and In. Design. Proficiency with HTML/ CSS and/or Motion Graphics (Adobe Animate and/or After Effects) is a plus. A masters degree in graphic design is preferred, but candidates with a BFA or BA and commensurate experience in the field will be considered.
