The Department of Arts & Sciences is seeking a part-time instructor to teach HNR 309, Thesis Planning Seminar, 1 credit, Fall 2025. This course meets in-person on the SU Campus. The hiring rate of pay for the successful candidate will be determined based on their per-credit-rate-history within the hiring department. All course offerings are subject to funding availability and enrollment. Qualifications Masters Degree Required. Job Specific Qualifications Experience with undergraduate research projects, preferred. Responsibilities Part-time Instructor duties will include the following: Developing and/or updating a class syllabus. Ordering the appropriate books and materials in advance of the class start date. Preparing lectures, projects or other student assignments. Maintaining regularly scheduled office hours of two hours per week.
