Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Exhibition Specialist to represent ICE Bioscience at upcoming industry conferences. This role involves engaging with attendees, showcasing our services and products, conducting booth marketing activities, and assisting with the setup and breakdown of our exhibition booth. The ideal candidate will have a background in the medical or pharmaceutical fields and be based in either Boston, MA or San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent ICE Bioscience at industry expos and conferences.
  • Engage with booth visitors, providing information about our services and products.
  • Conduct marketing activities at the booth, such as encouraging LinkedIn follows through small giveaways.
  • Assist with the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the exhibition booth.
  • Collect and record contact information and feedback from booth visitors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective booth presentation and promotional materials.

    • Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, professional, and able to engage effectively with event attendees.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the medical/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible schedule, with availability to work during expo dates and times.
