Job Summary: In this role, you will provide resident-centered personal care, including:

• Bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing/undressing
• Obtaining vital signs and providing psychosocial support
• Assisting residents with transfers, repositioning, and walking
• Supporting residents during mealtime and ensuring a positive dining experience
• Accurately documenting care-related outcomes and resident activities
• Maintaining cleanliness of living areas through light housekeeping and laundry services

You should have a passion for working with residents in sub-acute and long-term care.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum age of 18
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus
