Program Manager: $21.00-$25.00 per hour (salary based on education and experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Before School: 6:45 AM - 9:00 AM and/or After School: 2:45 PM - 6:00 PM

WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:

• Deliver engaging enrichment programs for children through our specially crafted Disguised Learning curriculum.
• Lead and mentor a team dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and dynamic environment.
• Collaborate closely with school principals and staff to enhance the educational experience.
• Embed the Right At School ethos in local community events (Back to School, Right Club gives back, Field Day, and more!).
• Uphold safety standards, including supervision and maintaining program documentation.

THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE:

• Proven experience in supervising others.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children in a formal childcare environment, with an understanding of unique and special needs.
• 18 college credits in childcare-related coursework preferred.
• Strong communication skills – oral, written, and visual – with both adults and children.
• Ability to maintain professional standards while interacting with students, parents, staff, and the community.
• Familiarity with Google technology or a willingness to learn new software.
