Your Role: Make a Difference

As a clinical rehabilitation liaison, you will:

• Develop business strategy and align it with our growth goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within your territory, focusing on direct, face-to-face connections.
• Streamline the referral-to-admission process to enhance efficiency.
• Educate the community, healthcare providers, and physicians on the services and programs we offer.
• Analyze market trends to uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Address and mitigate admission barriers, following up on variables affecting admissions.
• Conduct in-services and presentations on our services and patient outcomes to various groups.

Your Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record as per company policy.
• Current state professional clinical licensure and CPR certification.
• Preferably a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare technology experience preferred.
• Experience in nurse liaison roles or healthcare sales is a plus.
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• Solid understanding of healthcare operations, legal regulations, market dynamics, and competitive analysis.
