Child Program Coordinator Right At School is dedicated to providing enriching before and after school programs that transform learning into a fun experience for children!

*PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE WILL COMMENCE WITH THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR, WITH QUALIFIED CANDIDATES SET TO START IN AUGUST 2025*
Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00 (Salary based on qualifications and experience)
Available Hours: Monday - Friday 6:45 am - 8:45 am and 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Schedule flexibility may be needed based on operational requirements.
Your Role Will Include:
- Ensuring Safety and Joy: Lead by example to promote a safe and joyful atmosphere. Uphold clear team responsibilities and operational efficiency through updated documentation and compliance with licensing standards. Address and resolve issues to foster teamwork and productivity.
- Safety Oversight: Proactively support and communicate safety protocols to maintain participant well-being.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
- Educational Requirement: High School diploma/GED required.

Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate:
- Experience in managing multiple priorities while delivering quality service.
- Completion of high school diploma or GED.
- Experience with children, including those with special needs.
- Knowledge in child development or related fields through training or coursework.
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults.
- Professional demeanor in interactions with students, parents, and staff.
- A proficiency or willingness to learn Google technology tools.
State Requirements:
- Compliance with state-specific training and certification requirements.
- First Aid and CPR certification required.
- Clear tuberculosis screening.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Additionally, an Associate's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field is required, recognized by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS).

- Two years of verified training including four courses in Child Development or Early Childhood.
- OR
- Completion of four courses in Child Development or Early Childhood from an accredited institution.
- OR
- Holding a Child Development Associate Credential or equivalent qualifications.
