Program Supervisor Pay Range: $25-$27 per hour (based on education and experience)

Monday Through Friday Split shift required. Estimated shifts:

Before School Shift: 6am-9am (Friday 6am-10:30am) and After School Shift: 3pm-6pm

Your Role in Our Mission:

Safety & Joy: Inspire your team by modeling safety and joy in all activities. Ensure that your staff understands their roles, support operational efficiency, and maintain updated documentation and licensing standards. Address challenges or issues promptly, fostering respectful relationships to maintain team cohesion.

Safety Assurance: Uphold and report on all safety protocols to guarantee a safe experience for every participant. Proactively identify and mitigate risks within the program environment.

Effective Communication: Build strong relationships by engaging meaningfully with families, partners, peers, and children. Respond swiftly to inquiries during program hours, ensuring transparency and trust. Collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to support program goals and implement improvements.

Documentation and Compliance: Keep accurate records for student attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding check-ins and check-outs.

Daily Routine: Create and implement engaging daily activities, focusing on fitness and education while maintaining a safe environment.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience working with children under 13
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• 18+ years of age
• Proof of High School Diploma or equivalent with 12 college credits in relevant coursework

Additionally:

• Experience with children, including those with unique and special needs
• Coursework or training in child development or related fields
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional demeanor with students, parents, staff, and the community
• Knowledge of Google software or a willingness to learn
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements;
• First Aid and CPR certification (in-person)
• Cleared tuberculosis test
• Proof of MMR vaccination
