Part-Time Bilingual Staffing Coordinator. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and supporting client workforce needs - all while promoting a positive and productive work environment. What You'll Do:Source, screen, and interview candidates for open job orders. Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and onboarding paperwork. Facilitate orientations and employee training. Support associates through performance management and coaching.
