Job Description :
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 4 pm-8 pm and Sat. 9 am-5 pm SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet and check clients' in/out for appointments, collect co-pays - Coordinate and schedule appointments - Answer phones, respond to emails/faxes - Answer clients' queries and ensure quality customer service - Update and maintain client records; document in EHR; data entry - Assist patients with initial paperwork - Work with insurance companies for authorization and billing. - Work collaboratively with clinic staff - Performs all duties as assigned II.
