Position Title: Parking Services Office Assistant

Job Summary: Job Description - Scheduled hours dependent on academic schedule (about 5-15 hours/week).
- Customer service (in-person office visitors): cash handling, citation payments, parking permit sales.
- E-Mail: Assist with correspondence mailings and emails, provide accurate information in a professional manner
- Telephone: provide accurate information in a professional manner, assist & direct calls as required.
- Perform various office functions: photocopy, filing, data entry, scheduling, etc.
- Provide students, faculty & visitors with parking rules, regulations & explanations, etc.
- Provide excellent & competent service to customers.
- Extra duties as assigned by full-time staff.
- Support the Parking Services office mission & philosophy.
Required Qualifications Must be at least a part-time student (6 undergraduate or 5 graduate credits), in good academic standing (cumulative & semester GPA above 2.0) and at least 2 semesters remaining on campus. Students applying for this position must pass a Criminal Background Check.
