Responsible for parking enforcement activities, which include assurance that all University, City and County parking rules, regulations, policies and procedures are followed. Violations are to be responded to with written citations. Patrol parking lots and structures to verify parking assignments and compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Violations are to be responded to with written citations. Perform tasks related to answering telephones, data entry and retrieval tasks, and dispatching information to appropriate parties. The responsibility will provide information about citations issued, enforcement rules, parking status of users, inquiries for directions/transportation/and motorist assistance. This also includes license plate data lookups and relaying other information from department staff and management. All incoming calls and other relevant information dispatched must be documented.
