Jackson Hole Mountain ResortJOB DESCRIPTIONPosition Title: Parking Rover Reports To: Parking Foreman/Lead Department: Parking Classification: Seasonal Full Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt GENERAL PURPOSE: Insures the orderly parking of incoming vehicles in addition to monitoring 60 Minute and No Parking Zones . Enforces Teton Village parking Regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Excellent guest service is required.
• Give breaks to parking attendants.
• Safe and orderly parking of incoming traffic.
• Monitoring and enforcing all Teton Village parking rules and regulations.
• Daily trash pickup from parking and along village boundary.
• Keeps all signs straight and visible.
• Barricade removal and deployment.
• Assists troubled motorists when possible.
• Snow and ice removal as assigned.
• Sand icy areas when loader is unavailable.

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• Performs any project or other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Foreman.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Neat appearance.
• Positive attitude - this job is guest service oriented due to the fact the Parking Rover is in the public spotlight.
• Must have outstanding communication skills.
• Must have previous Parking experience with JHMR

EDUCATION OR FORMAL TRAINING:

• High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: N/A MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED:

• ATV/Honda side by side
• Two-way radios.
• Shovels and barricades.
• Tickets and stickers.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES:

• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs
• Extreme weather conditions.
• Lift and move parking barricades.
