Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests' and employees' parking lots. Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service. Monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles. Provide guests with directions and other venue information. Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces. Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot. Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Cash Handling-collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash. Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts Qualifications Prior parking experience strongly preferred. Customer Service and Cash Handling abilities are a must. Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact. Ability to multi-task. Must have reliable transportation.
