Parking Garage Operations - Preferred Parking Service, LLC : Job Details

Part-Time Operations in our parking garage in Asheville - 1st shift Weekends!

Your responsibilities will included (but are not limited to):

• Pick up and dispose of trash from garage. Keep all levels of the garage clean.
• Repair and maintain parking equipment.
• Operator the garage floor sweeper and pressure washer.
• Change light bulbs and paint as needed.
• Leaf blowing and light landscaping.
• Provide winter weather support (snow and ice removal).
• Perform emergency duties as required.
• Interface with customers and provide excellent customer service in the drive lanes as well as over the intercoms

You must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation because you will use your own car for work and you will be reimbursed mileage on a monthly basis. You will be required to show proof of the car's current registration and insurance.

Required education: High school or equivalent

• Saturday & Sunday
• 7am-3pm
• Weekends

Experience:

• Maintenance/janitorial: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation, must drive at work.

Work Location: Multiple locations

We will run a 10 year background check.
