Parking Attendant (Regular Part Time) - City of Beverly Hills CA : Job Details

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:Assist with vehicle entry and exit to/from City parking facilities and assist customers to available parking spaces; assist customers with processing parking payments e.g. at exit, pay stations, or mobile device applications, and other parking payment methods. Provide customer service over the phone, intercoms, by email, and in person, respond to visitor questions and complaints. Inspect, clean, and maintain parking facilities; report damaged and/or malfunctioning equipment e.g. washrooms, elevators, stairwells, booths, parking equipment, signs, fire extinguishers, and parking areas, etc. Inform supervisor of all pertinent information regarding parking operations, including scheduling issues, accidents, and customer and/or employee concerns. Provide vehicle inventory information to appropriate Parking Division staff. Assist new or existing staff in learning departmental practices and protocols, methods, and procedures.
