Parking and Transit Coordinator - Office of Transportation Management - Georgetown University : Job Details

The Parking and Transit Coordinator in the Office of Transportation Management will provide coverage for office administrative tasks including point of service contact with front office visitors. This position will manage the day to day transactions for Hoya Transit including correspondence, registration and troubleshooting. The position will perform data entry as instructed. Duties include but are not limited to: Serve as a point of contact in the front office. Daily management of Hoya Transit program. Data management and ad hoc reporting. Work Interactions. The position will serve as an initial point of contact for the OTM Front office and will interact with all levels of the University. The period of work includes the annual parking renewal process that will see increased activity at the front window. The position will report to the Senior Operations Manager and will also take direction from the Director of Transportation Management.
