Local organization is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join their team as Parking Ambassadors in Tallahassee, FL. This position plays a vital role in supporting citizens and visitors by offering guidance on local activities and parking solutions. Successful candidates will help promote a positive public image for the organization and ensure compliance with local parking regulations. Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Open availability required - shifts are assigned after training
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $17.50 per hour
• Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Paid training for 4-6 weeks)
• Post-Training Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week. Candidates must be available for any of the following shifts (assigned, not chosen) :
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide directions and helpful information to citizens and tourists
• Assist customers with digital parking applications
• Serve as a cashier and support valet parking services
• Enforce local parking regulations
• Represent the organization positively in all public interactions
• Maintain accurate records and reports as needed
• Contribute to public satisfaction as measured by quarterly surveys

Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Chief Customer Officer or their designee within the department. #remedyjobs
