*Paralegal *Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman, LLP, a prominent Long Island law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and organized full-time Paralegal to join its dynamic legal team in Hauppauge, NY.*Key Responsibilities*:* Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.* Review and prepare closing documents such as deeds, title reports, and contracts.* Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely closings.* Conduct property title searches and due diligence investigations.* Maintain real estate transaction files and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.* Maintain and organize client files and documents.* Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and filings.* Assist in billing and timekeeping.* Will also be trained to work with the litigation department.*Qualifications*:* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on real estate and knowledge of real estate laws.* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.* Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution a plus.*Compensation and Benefits*:Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k)/profit sharing plan.Compensation range displayed is commensurate with experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $33.00 - $39.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
